Upon conducting an on-site inspection, our team identified numerous issues such as missing or damaged wood shingles, improperly applied coats of paint, peeling, and uneven surfaces.
To initiate the restoration process, we began with a thorough pressure washing to remove loose paint and dirt, preparing the surfaces for the subsequent steps. As a part of our comprehensive approach, we then proceeded to apply a protective coat of paint to all stucco and wood surfaces, safeguarding them against potential water and sun damage in the future. We helped customers enhance their back patio by building a spacious 25×20 pergola with a 50% sun-blocking canopy. To address the heat issue, we applied a specialized “cool-walk” coating to the concrete patio floor, reducing its temperature by up to 30%.

We addressed a small leak in the customer’s tile roof by carefully removing and replacing the affected tiles and underlayment.
