We addressed a small leak in the customer’s tile roof by carefully removing and replacing the affected tiles and underlayment. The entire tile roof was power washed to remove dirt and mildew, and all roof pipe bases were reinforced to prevent further water entry. Cracked tiles were sealed with elastomeric mastic, and a brick-red cool-roof elastomeric coating was applied for a restored appearance.
Additionally, the garage’s flat roof was upgraded with a 25-year white roof cover, resolving the issue of gravel clogging the gutters. The comprehensive restoration ensures a durable and pristine roof for the customer’s long-term satisfaction.
