Ark All Corporation of Glendale is looking for foreman, journeymen, and exterior siding installers, deck building & carpentry and paint prep workers to join our team. Note: reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities Include:
-Preparing various surfaces for paint & stains for (siding, decks,walls, floors,doors… ) -Applying primer and paint to various surfaces. -Taping and covering surfaces with paper or plastic. -Filling cracks, holes and joints with caulk, putty, or other filler. -Working on ladders or scaffolding to reach high or hard to reach areas.
-Knowledge and skills to perform surface preparation for painting (sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching of walls, caulking of dissimilar joints and areas of windows, doors and trim)
-Knowledge of the use of scaffolding, ladders or other equipment to meet safety standards for working at higher level
-Ability to work independently and as a team member
-Be able to lift 75 pounds
