The MT. Washington Deck Project undertaken by Ark All Corporation involved the complete overhaul of an aging wood deck that had endured over 40 years of wear and tear. The deck had suffered from extensive dry rot and termite damage, necessitating a comprehensive renovation to restore its structural integrity and enhance its aesthetic appeal. Considering the customer’s budget, our team took a strategic approach to ensure a cost-effective yet durable solution.
We began by removing the deteriorated deck boards and thoroughly assessing the underlying framework. Recognizing the importance of a solid foundation, we installed new under-framing using pressure-treated wood, ensuring a sturdy and reliable structure for the deck. The MT.
